Where do your beans come from?
We source our coffee directly from small farms in El Salvador. These growers use sustainable, traditional methods, and we pay them fairly—well above commodity rates—to ensure both quality and equity.
Is your coffee organic or fair trade?
While not all of our farms are certified organic (due to cost barriers), they use organic practices and natural processes. We prioritize ethical, transparent sourcing and direct relationships over certification bureaucracy.
How fresh is the coffee?
All of our coffee is roasted in small batches weekly and shipped directly to your door for peak freshness. You’ll see the roast date on the bag.
What roast levels do you offer?
Our lineup includes light, medium, and dark roasts. Each is designed to bring out the best of its origin, whether that’s citrus brightness or chocolatey depth.
How do I earn Bitcoin with my coffee purchase?
Every time you buy from Bitman, you receive a Bitcoin reward—delivered securely through River Link after your order ships. Think of it like cash-back in Bitcoin instead of points.
Do I need a crypto wallet to get my rewards?
Nope! You’ll receive a River Link by email. If you don’t have a wallet, you can claim and store your Bitcoin with River (at no cost), or transfer it to any wallet of your choice later.
How much Bitcoin do I get per order?
It depends on the product. For example, our El Salvador Sunrise roast might earn 500 sats (~$1), while a larger bundle or subscription might offer more. Each product clearly lists its reward value.
Is there a limit to how much Bitcoin I can earn?
No limits. The more you buy, the more you earn. And if you refer others, you’ll earn even more Bitcoin through our partner and affiliate programs.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all U.S. states, with plans to expand internationally soon. Join our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch new regions.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after roasting and arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—just reach out to us at support@bitmancoffee.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll help you out.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Subscribe to your favorite roast and get 5% off plus bonus Bitcoin with each delivery. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
Can I pay with Bitcoin using Strike?
Yes! We accept Bitcoin payments via the Lightning Network, including fast and secure payments using Strike. At checkout, choose “Pay with Bitcoin (Strike or Lightning)” and follow the steps to complete your order in seconds.

Yes! When you sign up for our annual subscription, you prepay for 12 months of coffee and get to customize your delivery by selecting a different roast for each month.
